We're back!

After a long stand by...here we are! It has been a very stressful period for me (the wifey), cause I've finally finished my studies at the tourism and hotel management school and I'm so happy now I'm graduated. Now we can relax a little, but summer here in Switzerland is very hot (yes also in Switzerland there's hot weather :o) ). In this last stressful year I have put on weight (not too much thanks God) and now I've decided to have a healthier lifestyle and get back in shape. So I started to drink more water...detox water! I'm in love with new trend, you can personalize your water and today I decided to use basilicum, peach and blueberries. Than I prepared a light snack...blueberries, greek yogurt and chia seeds. Looove it! I think it's a great idea to join summer 2015!

Dopo un lungo tempo di pausa...eccoci qui ! È stato un periodo molto stressante per me (la mogliettina), perché finalmente ho finito i miei studi alla scuola alberghiera e del turismo e sono così felice che ora sia diplomata. Ora possiamo rilassarci un po', ma l'estate qui in Svizzera è molto calda (sì anche in Svizzera c'è il caldo : o)). In questo ultimo anno stressante ho messo su peso (non troppo grazie a Dio ) e ora ho deciso di avere uno stile di vita più sano e tornare in forma. Così ho cominciato a bere più acqua... detox per la precisione! Mi sono innamorata di questo nuovo trend perché è possibile personalizzare la vostra acqua in maniera facile e oggi ho deciso di usare basilico, pesca e mirtilli . Inoltre ho preparato uno spuntino leggero... mirtilli, yogurt greco e semi di chia . Looove it ! Penso che sia una grande idea per godersi l'estate 2015!

Ladies first

Today we passed a beautiful evening! All the men are to military and we have spend a "ladies evening" praying, worshiping and discussione about the value of woman for God! Very encouraging and edifying! Women are loved by God and we were creating for such a beautiful purpouse!

Oggi abbiamo passato una bellissima serata! Tutti gli uomini sono a servizio militare e noi abbiamo trascorso una serata tra sole donne pregando, lodando e discutendo del valore della donna per Dio. Molto incoraggiare ed edificante! Le donne sono amateda Dio e siamo state create per uno scopo bellissimo!

Lunch with family

A happy lunch with family. Today we have eaten fish foundue...so yummy!!! I love having guests, if I could I would invite every week friends and family. One of my desires is that in our home the love of God is strong and that people feel His presence.

Un bel pranzo in famiglia. Oggi abbiamo mangiato la fondue di pesce...gnamm!!! Amo avere ospiti, se potessi inviterei amici e familiari ogni settimana. Uno de miei tanti desideri è che nella nostra  casa l'amore di Dio sia forte e che le persone possano sentire la sua presenza.

Questa é una bellissima idea regalo da condividere con vostro marito o con vostra moglie.  Ho comprato questo libro per me e mio marito e vorremmo esserne incoraggiati per essere anche di incoraggiamento per altre coppie. Cooking time

If there is one thing we have in common is the pleasure of eating and cooking. We find that cooking is a pleasant meeting to have a good time together and distract us from the long day. Occasionally cooking together leads us to the races on who is the better Chef and other times it's a way to prove to each other that we take care of us. Food and love is a great combo!

Se c'è una cosa che abbiamo in comune è il piacere di mangiare e cucinare. Troviamo la cucina un incontro piacevole per passare del buon tempo insieme e distrarci dalla giornata passata. Ogni tanto la cucina ci porta a delle gare su chi cucina meglio, altre volte è un modo per dimostrare all'altro che ci si prende cura di lui. Cibo e amore è un ottimo connubbio!
